1 . General Terms

1.1 Governing Language

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the xd999 account registration process, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. • In the event of a payment processing error resulting in a duplicate deposit, Players must notify xd999 support immediately. Failure to report duplicate credits may be treated as attempted fraud.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified method in the Player's name.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• xd999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• xd999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the xd999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with fair and lawful standards at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one xd999 account.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with xd999 games, odds, or systems in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in xd999's platform. Any discovered error must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the xd999 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions on xd999.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xd999 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Charging back a deposit via your payment provider after the deposited funds have been wagered.

xd999 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

xd999 may suspend or close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm — financial, legal, or reputational — to the Platform or to other Players.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their xd999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 7.3 Consequences of Closure for Violations

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, xd999 reserves the right to void any remaining balance, reverse any pending withdrawals, and retain funds equivalent to any bonuses improperly obtained. Players whose accounts are closed for violations are not eligible to re-register on the xd999 platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The xd999 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While xd999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, xd999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or connectivity issues — including those caused by third-party payment providers or internet service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xd999's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

xd999 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from a Player's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms prior to play.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to protect their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the xd999 platform.
• Any tax liability incurred by a Player as a result of winnings obtained on the xd999 platform. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit xd999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
